I’ve spent years building businesses from the ground up across nightlife, hospitality, VIP experiences, B2B marketing, brand development, and business operations. I’ve worked behind the scenes, in front of the camera, and inside the messy middle where ideas either become something real or stay stuck in a notes app forever.
That range taught me how to read a business quickly: what looks strong, what feels disconnected, what guests notice, what teams need, where the brand is getting lost, and what needs to happen next.
